Visual Updates on Media Uploads – This new features enables cloud platform users only the ability to see visually how many media uploads there are in the tableview. This is fantastic if you have mobile users capturing multiple images using the Forms On Fire mobile application.
Trash Bin – The trash bin feature gives you an easy recovery option for those cases when something accidentally gets deleted. We know mistakes happen. The trash bin feature works much like the recycle bin on your computer. Just keep in mind this feature is emptied automatically every 30 days.
Custom File Naming – To date, our platform has always automatically generated the names of files captured/attached during data entry on the Forms On Fire mobile application. The naming is based on the date and time that the file was created. A long-standing customer request has been the ability to specify custom names for these files, mainly to make identifying the file contents easier from the name. This new feature allows to to specify a static name or use our template/formula syntax to dynamically generate the file name based on context and other form field answers.
